Hi, my name’s Al Polito, and I consider myself a “champion of the soul,” meaning I provide listening, guidance, challenge, cheerleading, and compassion in support of my clients’ inner lives.

What is spirituality?

To me, spirituality is however you and the Divine relate. It’s different for everyone; one size fits only one. Together we will work to distinguish the qualities and themes that make your spirituality yours, and I will support you in honoring your truth as you claim it for yourself. Celebrating one’s humanity is a key ingredient of the spiritual life.

Who I work with

I enjoy working with people who are committed to their truth; who want to befriend themselves; who are working through life transitions; who find that the belief systems of their past are inconsistent with their present desires; or who simply need someone to champion them as they do their best to live authentic lives.

I create an accepting, confidential space that invites trust, authenticity, and self-expression.

If I believe a client’s needs would be better served by a different mentor or type of practitioner, I will gladly make a referral.
